Contact and Appointment

So how do you contact me? I only accept appointments via the telephone but will respond when time allows to polite and genuine enquiries via e-mail but do not expect a prompt response. I do not sit in front of my PC all day!

When you call be polite, address me as either Mistress Emerald or Ma'am and you will find I am courteous and polite in return. I will answer any specific questions and you are under no obligation to make a booking there and then. I understand that some like to hear a person's voice first and try and make a 'connection' before committing.

When you do make an appointment you will be given instructions of particular times to call me prior to confirm the appointment. This proves to me that you are genuine and allows you an opportunity to ask any further questions. I do expect that you will obey these instructions, it will be your first task and act of submission to me.

I am a very busy lady and at times I am not able to answer my phone personally. Should you hear my answer-phone do leave a message and either call back or advise if it is possible for me to contact you when I am free. I consider it ill manners to just hang up.

Should one of my house slaves answer, do not be alarmed! They are able to deal with general queries and advise of my availability. If however you do not feel comfortable speaking to them just advise them that you would prefer to speak to Mistress personally and they will inform you of the most suitable time to call back.

Note: I do not accept calls from witheld numbers neither do I appreciate text messages. Calling me at stupid times, i.e. 3.00am (yes it has happened!) will not gain you any favours either.

Appointments

I am generally available 7 days a week from 10am through to 8pm for sessions to commence. However, weekday daytime appointments are at a premium so for those new to me it is usually easier to arrange an evening or weekend.

Some notice of appointments is always preferable but same day is sometimes possible so it is always worth a call. I am awaiting your call on 0778 675 1840.
